CFE acquires die driller OSL Walden

Compound Feed Engineering (CFL) in the UK has acquired the pellet mill die drilling business from OSL-Walden in the UK.

CFE will move the business in Sheffield to its UK base in Haydock. The
acquisition will make the company the market leader in this sector in the UK.
The purchase is part of a €2 million investment where CFE will double the OSL
gun drilling capacity.

More sustainable
This investment will
make the company more sustainable. It will consolidate our position in the
market and allow us to focus on growth opportunities in the waste and biomass
sectors in Europe says founder and director Con Lynch.

CFE have plants
in Castleisland in Co. Kerry, Haydock in the UK and Helmond in Holland. Four
people from OSL will be offered positions in CFE at Haydock. It will also create
positions in CFE.
