InVivo NSA on expansion track

08-02-2012 | |

Four sites of InVivo NSA are under construction worldwide. In St. Nolff, the laboratory will be finished at the end of the year, after a petfood lab in Mexico, and two animal nutrition labs in Vietnam and Indonesia.

French animal nutrition giant InVivo NSA based in St. Nolff, is to build what should be themost modern  analytical laboratory in Brittany.

Nearly €7 million are being invested in the former site of Guyomarc’h in St. Nolff, an investment needed for the construction of a new analytical laboratory for InVivo Labs (€16 million turnover) commissioned in July 2011.

"The new lab will probably be the most modern Brittany," said Hubert de Roquefeuil, CEO of InVivo NSA. In 2012, InVivo NSA will invest a record €51million in several industrial sites around the world.

With the addition 3.250 m² total laboratory space in France for InVivo Labs adds up to 7.500 m2.

Outside France
Besides growth in France InVivo NSA also has a clear presence outside the country, where the group manages 75 factories and 13 R&D centres in 17 countries.

A laboratory was inaugurated last November in Brazil, a second is modernized in Vietnam and another to open soon in Mexico and China has an InVivo lab for two years already.
"China is a key country for us in terms of raw materials and premixes, and nutritional specialties involved in nutrition," says Hubert de Roquefeuil.

Analysis are now priority before delivering the goods worldwide. “Traceability in situ who wants a guarantee of food security,” said De Roquefeuil.
