Study shows some wheat varieties more resistant to fusarium

Scientists at the Aarhus University have studies the resistance of various wheat varieties to fungi belonging to the fusarium complex.

The scientists studied 30 wheat varieties and the data showed that there are considerable differences between wheat varieties. Some varieties are quite resistant to fusarium infection while others succumb more easily to infection.
