Cargill sells Brazilian animal feed plant

Cargill Inc. sold an animal-feed plant in southern Brazil to M. Cassab, a Brazilian industrial and retail company, for an undisclosed price, Valor Economico newspaper reported, citing a Cargill statement.

Cargill sold its plant in Cascavel, in the southern state of Parana. The sale
is part of Cargill’s strategy to focus production of animal feed in four
Brazilian plants.
