Wael has recently completed PhD programme from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London where he investigated avian intestinal spirochaetosis with a focus on its molecular diagnosis, epidemiology and economic impact of Brachyspira species in British egg laying flocks.
“During my PhD studies at the Royal Veterinary College I have started to realise how diseases can decrease animals’ welfare, performance and return on investment” says Wael.
“So it was a natural step for my career progress to join
Meriden Animal Health as the company provides natural feed additives to improve production performance across many farm species and decrease the impact of different diseases” he adds.
Wael joins the technical sales force, as a consequence for increased global demand for Meriden’s wide range of natural and reliable animal health solutions.
He will provide technical sales support to customers situated in Europe and the Middle Eastern region.
