Czech company Tekro, who specialises in the production of vitamin and mineral supplements for agricultural animals, plans to construct a new premix production plant in the Penza region of Russia, according to a press report from the local government.
Milos Krots, head of Tekro stated during the negotiations with the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev the planned capacity for the new enterprise would be estimated at 25,000 tonnes of feed premixes per year.
“Penza region has a very favourable geographical position. It is a convenient platform to create our production”- said Krots to the Governor. Also, he said, that his company is ready to invest €40-50 million in the construction of the plant.
In turn, Bochkarev stressed the importance of the project for the development of the region, noting that the Penza region is ready to implement the investment project at the site Kolyshleysky District. He also added that the regional government will support this project.
