For the fourth time, Schothorst Feed Research organised a Feeds and Nutrition course. Around 85 people from 22 countries were present.
The Feeds and Nutrition course is designed to quickly inform the participants about the main theoretical and practical aspects of everything involved in feed production. The course took place from June 2-6 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and included nine modules (feedstuffs, EU legislation and HACCP, feed processing, least cost formulating, mycotoxins and ANF’s, dairy nutrition, swine nutrition, poultry nutrition, interpretation of lab analyses).
Course and excursion
85 people followed the course, of which 67 came from the Netherlands, six from the Far East, six from the Middle East, three from the US and three from Africa. In total, 22 countries were represented. The course was followed by an excursion to a Dutch broiler farm.
