German company Agravis Raiffeisen AG has commissioned its first feed mill in Kazakhstan, reported the representatives from the company, noting that the annual production capacity of the plant will be 110,000 tonnes of feed per year, or 15 tons hourly. At the same time, the construction of the plant required a total about €8 million of investments.
Initially, plans for the creation of production cluster in Kazakhstan, which included a feed mill, were announced last year.
“This project it was given two years to complete, however, due to the desire, advanced technology and of course, the hard work we have managed to implement our plans in only a 1 year and 2 months. And we are very happy about that! “- commented the director of AgroTreyding-2007 Sergei Milenko, partner of Agravis Raiffeisen AG on the construction of feed mill.
The new facility will use the production line of Swiss company Bühler. Its installation has been carried out by Bosche Systembau GmbH.
The plant is going to work within the framework of European quality standards in the production of animal feed – GMP +, DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000, QS, and HACCP. ” There are plans to have a laboratory built on the plant, where we will test samples of products
” commented the press service of AGRAVIS.
