In August 2015, DSM attended the 20th European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition in Prague.
As well as sponsoring the official opening ceremony of the event, DSM also held their own satellite symposium session with the focus on gut health in poultry, looking at the lessons learned from the perspective of human and animal physiology.
The symposium’s popular poster sessions included contributions from DSM on varied enzymatic themes, highlighting the proven importance of supplementing animal feed diets with enzymes to ultimately improve broiler performance, alongside farmer profitability in the most sustainable way.
