Bachelor Controls, Inc. (BCI) and President Ray Bachelor were recently honoured at the 15th Annual Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) Executive Conference, held in Savannah, Georgia in early May.
Ray Bachelor was recognized by CSIA as the winner of its 2008 “Remember Me”
Memorial Award. The honour memorializes Charles Bergman, considered the driving
force behind the establishment of CSIA in 1993.
Bachelor received the
award for his “ongoing, proactive participation in CSIA activities; his
invaluable support of fellow members; and his commitment to the association’s
goals – traits that are the personification of the CSIA
founder.”
Bachelor served as CSIA Chairman in 2005-2007 and, before that,
on the CSIA Executive Council.
