De Heus acquisition of Evialis Polska

To realise the acquisition De Heus Polska will acquire 100% of the share capital of Evalis Polska sp.z.o.o (Ltd), a 100% subsidiary of Invivo NSA France (formerly known as Evialis France), subject to approval of the Polish antitrust authorities.

The acquired company operates out of 2 locations in the centre-North of Poland, Walcz and Ilowo. The company employs around 80 people. It is active in the production and sales of complete feeds in pigs, poultry, ruminants and other species like geese and rabbits. It also has a good market position in the so called "backyard feeds" for poultry. Besides being active in complete feeds the company is also active in concentrates and premixes.

De Heus Polska will integrate the commercial and production activities in its own operations. The goal will be to achieve the highest combined effectiveness of the merged companies.
