Early warning and response system for the animal feed sector
How to avoid or react to a food related incident is a demanding question after dioxin, antibiotics, BSE etc have upset the agri-food chains. Together with the Animal Feed Product Board, Dutch research institute TNO have developed an early warning response system (EWS) for the animal feed sector in the Netherlands.
