17-12-2010 | |

The feed additives business of Evonik Degussa in Essen (Germany) released a new version of AminoDat during this year’s EuroTier themed under “Expect the best—AminoDat 4.0”.

For more than 20 years Evonik has been providing the most comprehensive amino acid database for feed ingredients in the world to its partners in the feed industry.

The 4th edition, which has been further extended, covers now 28,000 individual amino acid assays for more than 130 feed ingredients from all regions worldwide.

This Anniversary Edition issued on the occasion of 50 years amino acid analytical service provides more amino acid profiles than ever and includes updated amino acid recommendations.

Along the whole value chain of animal nutrition, the new AminoDat 4.0 offers unique opportunities to increase the profitability of feed and livestock operations.

For the screening and monitoring of incoming raw materials the database delivers amino acid data sets for accurate raw material evaluation thereby providing the basis for decision-making and up-to-date ingredient matrices.

This drives precise feed formulation, helps to reduce safety margins and safeguards animal performance while meeting the highest feed quality standards.
