Handling mould and mycotoxin in tropical conditions

Moulds and mycotoxin represent a real and persistent problem in tropical climates. Survey results from the Kemin laboratory showed that among forty-five samples randomly collected from tropical Asian countries, 20-70% of feed ingredients and over 90% of final feeds tested positive for mycotoxins. Here various strategies and treatments for tropical countries are discussed andrecommended.
