New approaches in Selenium supplementation

Optimisation of selenium nutrition of poultry and farm animals will result in increased efficiency of egg, meat and milk production and more importantly, improve the quality of animal produce. However, the common selenium supplement, sodium selenite, is not an optimal form of selenium. Selenium-enriched yeast, on the other hand, can provide a safer and more effective solution for animal and poultry industries.
