Novus International, Inc., has opened its first animal feed input plant in Brazil. The plant, strategically located in Indaiatuba, is in the State of São Paulo, Brazil.

Specializing in animal health and nutrition, Novus has eight manufacturing
plants in the US, Mexico, Germany, China, and now Brazil. These manufacturing
facilities serve customers in more than 80 countries around the world.

Thad Simons, President and Chief Executive Officer said that the company
“is proud to have operated sales offices and imported products to Brazil for
over 16 years. This new manufacturing facility is a reflection of our continued
commitment to growth in the Brazilian market.” “A portion of our growth strategy
is to expand with countries that have access to raw materials, a concern for
safety and environmental care. Brazil meets all of these requirements,” he
said.

Fully automated
The 3450 m2 facility is equipped with
cutting-edge machinery, made in Brazil or imported from the US and Germany. The
technology allows for complete automation of the manufacturing processes.

The plant has a monthly production
capacity of 300 tons of antioxidants, mineral supplements, methionine, and
organic acids for health and nutrition solutions for the pork, beef, poultry,
