Paul started his career with Maxi-Lift after receiving his BBA from West Texas A&M in 1992. He completed his MBA from the University of Texas in 1996. Paul furthered his studies at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and most recently studied at Harvard Business School, completing the Key Executives Program. In 2011, Paul was distinguished with the AFIA (American Feed Industry Association) Member of the Year award for his devotion and hard work with the association.
Within AFIA, Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and served as past Chairperson for the Equipment Manufacturers Committee. From 2009 to 2011, he served on the IFEEDER Board of Trustees as a charter member. He is an active member of GEAPS, NIBA, PTDA, EMC and CEMA.
According to Victor Sahm, the company’s Chairman, Paul has been the driving force, projecting Maxi-Lift from the third plastic elevator bucket manufacturer to the largest in the world. Paul accomplished this objective by assembling a superb marketing team, backed by staff specialized in customer service and a manufacturing facility that maintains the highest quality standards served by the latest and most efficient injection molding machines available.
