People: Provimi extends team in Sub Sahara Africa
Morné Erasmus MSc has been appointed Business Development Manager for Provimi, part of Cargill’s Animal Nutrition business in its Sub Sahara Africa region.
Erasmus, a South African National, graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a Master of Science degree in Animal Science. He then spent 10 years with animal health and nutrition company Alltech and has gained extensive knowledge of the animal feed industry in Southern Africa.
Based in Johannesburg and Pietermaritzburg, he will travel extensively throughout the Sub Sahara region visiting current customers and new prospects. Together with a leading team of commercial sales and technical advisers, he will assist with the growth and economical sustainability of the Sub Saharan animal and feed industries.
