People: US Grains Council adds two recruits

The US Grains Council is welcoming its two newest hires Heidi Bringenberg and Vivian Liu.

Heidi Bringenberg joins the USGC Washington, D.C., office as the new international operations coordinator.
 
In this capacity, Bringenberg will assist with the organization of international programs, including strategic analysis, program planning and development, implementation and evaluation, and the recruitment of program consultants.
Born and raised in Baltimore, Bringenberg is a graduate of George Washington University Ellicott School in Washington, D.C., and holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs with a focus on Latin America. Bringenberg spent a full year in Argentina studying Spanish.
 
Vivian Liu joins USGC/Beijing as chief accountant. Liu’s responsibilities will include overseeing the Beijing accounting department and human resources.
 
A native of the People’s Republic of China, Liu graduated with a degree in accounting from the Institute of Beijing Metallurgical Management. Liu also holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Beijing International Business and Economics.
 
Liu was a founding member of the wholly-owned foreign enterprise Group Asia, where she worked as an accountant and human resource manager.
