Silage development in Jordan
The first silage experiment in Jordan in 1998 was conducted at the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) using alfalfa as test forage. This was part of a series of experiments conducted with aid of the EEC committee for agricultural research, which extended over a three-year period and covered various aspects of forage conservation and feeding in Jordan
