Thieves steal 25 trailer loads of feed from Alabama mill

Police in Alabama, USA are investigating a theft of $175,000 worth of feed corn from Koch Foods’ feed mill in Talladega.

The theft took place between December 2011 and April 23, 2012. Police said the stolen volume is equivalent to 25 tractor-trailer loads.
 
Capt. Leon Thomas told The Daily Home some of the suspects are likely Koch employees.
The case is being pursued as a first-degree theft of property, which could carry punishment of up to 20 years in prison.
