During the EuroTier, journalists were privileged to be the first to know that the VIV organisers are relocating its Europe edition to Moscow in 2008.

During the EuroTier, journalists were privileged to be the first to know that the VIV organisers are relocating its Europe edition to Moscow in 2008.

According to the organisers, this will create more business opportunities for the Eastern European countries to exhibit, as Moscow is relatively ‘around the corner’, compared to Utrecht in the Netherlands.

Ok, it’s a fact that Eastern European countries are doing a great job in establishing new companies and market share. However, who (or what) exactly decides were the market is at a certain point?

Therefore, I am looking forward to visiting the "VIV Europe 2050 edition" held in Narsaq, Greenland. With the global warming hitting us more and more, I predict the opportunities for pig farming will be great there in 50 years time!
