In its 15th edition, the World Mycotoxin Forum convened in the beautiful Austrian city of Salzburg, bringing together global experts to address one of the food and feed industry’s most pressing challenges: mycotoxins.
With the theme ‘Building a resilient food system in the digital decade’, the forum explored cutting-edge research, innovative management strategies, and fostered international collaboration to drive sustainable solutions forward.
