As one of the largest aquafeed producers in Indonesia, Central Proteinaprima (known by the abbreviation of CP Prima) a company of Charoen Pokphand Group continues to expand.
Not long ago in Jakarta, president director of CP Prima, Mahar Sembiring Atanta revealed that the company is building a new aquafeed plant in Lampung province. “The construction is already underway and will be completed by the end of 2013,” he said.
Director of CP Prima, Sirdjajaja Sutanto added that the construction of the new aquafeed plant was entered into the company’s capital expenditure budget of IDR 120 billion.
The new aquafeed plant will be a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year and produce fish and shrimp feed. And is focused to meet the demand in the growing area of Sumatra.
