A new company joins the animal feed industry. Since August 2015, Process Integration Aps. is active in the field of consulting, project management and engineering at production facilities of extruded and pelletised aqua feed, pet food, animal feed, and similar businesses.

Founders of the company, process engineers Lars Johansen and Sti Løvgreen, together have more than 40 years of experience in the animal feed industry. “With our new company, we want to be the preferred partner for feed manufacturing companies as well as machine-/system suppliers. So whether you are planning a new production plant or modifying an existing process facility, we can help in all the execution phases (like: pre-design, detailed engineering, execution and commissioning). This entails for example how to optimise the design and the performance of your production facilities and plant solutions”, Johansen explained.

Focus on interaction between units

Løvgreen further added: “Our working method can be defined as a holistic approach to process design and optimisation, which exploits the interactions between different units in order to achieve the highest possible plant efficiency, from a given capital investment.  We always take care of the client´s best interest, and will deliver a professional result on time. We are starting as a two-man company, but our plan is to hire more engineers within the near future.”

Process Integration will have its company base in the town of Skanderborg, Denmark.
