Knehans directs feed quality at Novus Int

Novus International, Inc. has appointed Wendell Knehans as director, Feed Quality.

Knehans will lead the Feed Quality Unit within marketing which includes
responsibility for yeasts, mycotoxin binders, enzymes, and antioxidants as well
as continued development in the area of DDGS.

Knehans joins Novus from the
American Soybean Association (ASA) where he served as executive director for member &
industry relations.

At ASA, Knehans led the team that managed Corporate
Relations, Marketing/Communications, and Membership.

Knehans also managed
the Agri Business Council and developed the Soybean Industry Biotechnology
Working Group.

In 2001, Knehans was named National Agricultural Marketing
Association (NAMA) Marketer of the Year. He has led strategy/marketing of new
products under development, product launches, rapid growth products as well as
mature products with no patent protection.

Knehans grew up on a family
farm in western Missouri, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics
from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master’s degree in Marketing from
Webster University in St. Louis.
