People: AB Vista appoints new Sales Manager
AB Vista continues to strengthen its sales team with the appointment of a new Sales Manager in South India.
With around ten years’ experience in sales and an academic research background, Purushotham will oversee AB Vista’s sales activity in four Indian states: Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Purushotham has an MSc in Zoology from Bangalore University and spent nearly ten years conducting research for a leading agrochemical company in India. He then moved on to the sales side of the business, establishing relationships and working closely with key players in the farming industry.
Dinesh Bhosale, Regional Director for AB Vista South Asia, said: “We are delighted that Purushotham Reddy has joined our team in South India. With experience and knowledge of both sales and the animal nutrition sector, he has exactly the combination of skills we need to build lasting relationships with customers in this important region.”
Purushotham will be attending the VIV Asia industry event this week in Bangkok, Thailand, where AB Vista is exhibiting from 13 to 15 March. As well as playing host to a party of Indian customers during the event, Purushotham will be on hand to meet customers from all over Asia at AB Vista’s stand in Hall 106, booth BO28 of the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre.
