People: Borregaard appoints new sales rep
Borregaard LignoTech has further expanded its sales team and strengthened its position in North America.
As of February 25th Matt Schrage joined Borregaard LignoTech as Technical Sales Representative, responsible for sales of the company’s feed additives in the Midwestern United States. Schrage has had various positions in the animal feed industry and has an MS degree in Ruminant Nutrition. He resides in the Highland, Illinois area near St Louis and will report to Kevin Hendricks, Business Manager Feed – Americas.
Borregaard LignoTech, headquartered in Norway, currently has around 600 employees, eight production units globally and local sales representation on all continents. The company operates a global feed additive business with a product range that includes lignin-based pellet binders and lubricating aids (PellTech, Ameri-Bond 2X and LignoBond DD), SoftAcid-acidifiers and Bypass Protein Technology.
