DSM recently sponsored the 36th Western Nutrition Conference in Winnipeg, Canada where speakers from around the world gathered to share relevant leading edge data and insights to approximately 200 delegates, all with the common goal of driving innovation in the animal nutrition industry.
As the official pre-conference sponsors, DSM opened the event with a session delivered by Vibe Glitsoe, responsible for the R&D of feed enzymes for DSM’s alliance partner, Novozymes. Her extract focused on innovation in enzymes, describing the development of a dedicated protease product that targets feed proteins for more efficient feed protein utilization by the animal and consequently positive environmental benefits quantified by life cycle assessment (LCA).
