Price of animal feed drops in Russia
In March of 2014 the average price of feed in Russia was established at RUB 11,700 (US$323) per tonne – which is 1% more than February of this year.
However, compared to March last year the cost of feed dropped significantly by 11%, according to the report issued by news agency Soya News Info. Experts say that the cost of animal feed has been falling during the second half of the last year mainly due to the extremely favourable harvest.
