AB Neo completes takeover Czech feed company
AB Neo, a division of AB Agri Ltd (UK) completed the acquisition of Bodit Tachov Sro, a Czech company specialising in the production and distribution of neonatal and peri/post-partum feeds and supplements.
The company’s activities are in line with AB Neo, which focuses on products for the neonate and maternal lifestages. After the acquisition, the Czech business will continue to trade as Bodit and will facilitate the growth and development of the AB Neo portfolio of specialist neonate products. Josef Rous of Bodit will join the AB Neo team as Technical Director (Ruminants).
