AFIA’s equipment manufacturers’ conference
The American Feed Industry Association’s annual Equipment Manufacturers Conference will be held at Lowe’s Ventana Canyon Hotel, Tucson, Arizona, Nov. 4-6, 2010.
The event is designed specifically for designers, builders and installers of equipment used in the production of livestock feed, pet food and related ingredients. The timely theme for the 2010 EMC is “Position for Recovery.”
Specialists from engineering, construction, finance and academia will be presenting the most up-to-date information along with their forecasts on the future direction of the industry.
Topics to be covered include regulatory issues, executive insurance program, social media, and a panel discussion on end user and provider needs.
In addition to the educational benefits of the conference, this is a unique networking opportunity which includes a welcome reception, group dinner, and a golf tournament which will be opening the event on Nov. 4. The event will end at noon on Nov. 6.
