Agrifirm Group takes over Marco Wefelnberg GmbH
Dutch cooperative Agrifirm Group has become the whole owner of German raw material trader Marco Wefelnberg GmbH.
Wefelnberg will be added to Bonda GmbH, a German daughter company of Agrifirm Co-products. Wefelnberg is specialised in trading and logistics of dry raw materials for animal feeds.
The company remains active under its own name a logistic service provider. With the takeover the continuity is secured.
For Agrifirm the takeover means a strengthening of its position in the market of co-products.
