Charoen Pokphand Foods Plc (CPF) said Wednesday its Board of Directors has approved the plan to expand its aquaculture operations in China and Malaysia.
The company will establish a unit with Bt45.2 million (US$1.3 million)initial registered capital for shrimp nursery farming in China, CPF said. The company will also expand its fish feed operation in Malaysia, where it will acquire a feedmill for Bt13.1 million (US$0.4 million).
