IPE/IFE program waives registration fee for members

08-07-2009 | |

Members of the US Poultry & Egg Association and the American Feed Industry Association do not have to pay a registration fee for the 2010 International Poultry/Feed Expo in Atlanta.

The two organisations have announced a "Members to Atlanta" (M2A) program that will waive the registration fee for the 2010 IPE/IFE, scheduled for Jan. 27-29 in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center.

The M2A program is supported through the sponsorship of Expo exhibitors. Participating exhibitor companies will be identified with the customers they sponsor, and they will be recognized at the show.

The new program is available only to member companies and only through online registration.

"Our industries have recently experienced severe economic stress," said USPoultry chairman Monty Henderson. "And as we look forward to returning to profitability and planning for the future, we will need to replace and upgrade equipment and facilities.

"The show will enable poultry and feed manufacturing firms to positively impact their bottom lines, and this innovative Members 2 Atlanta program will make it easier and more cost-effective than ever," he added.

More information on "Members 2 Atlanta" can be obtained by contacting Henry Truelove or Sarah Novak.
